Accessing the outdoor areas felt like a maze with all the gates. quite annoying when you're just trying to enjoy a day in the sun. My room had its share of quirks—a high tub that felt like an Olympic hurdle and a shower wall that had some mold in the corner. The city view room didn't do much for peace and quiet, given the constant din of traffic and music lingering through the night, even if it calmed down around 10 PM. Also, be prepared for the added cost of things like beach umbrellas, which felt like a bit of a cash grab when you're already spending a chunk for your stay.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a little hiccup with our room on arrival, but they upgraded us and made sure our luggage was taken care of, just like that!
